I ordered the Little Ball Beets from the 1997 catalog. However, I lost the catalog. How large do they grow? I'm not quite sure when to pick them?

The 'Little Ball' beets are baby beets and are ready to pick 56 days after planting. They're most tender and flavorful if they're harvested small - when the beet is about the size of a large radish.
