I live in central FLorida and have a Bahia turf yard. Unfortunately, richardia scabra is quickly taking over. How do I control richardia without killing all of the turf grass?

Richardia scabra is difficult to eradicate without harming your lawn. While it is considered a broadleaf weed, it also has an extensive and woody crown and root system. Glyphosate (Round Up) will control the weed but it will also kill the turf it touches so you'll have to apply it carefully and expect to reseed or resprig the damaged turf. An alternative would be to dig out the weeds, roots all all. Best wishes with your turfgrass!
