I am searching for heated pots that you can put plants in to keep from freezing in the winter time.

I'm not aware of any heated containers. You've recognized the one problem with growing plants in container - keep the roots from freezing solid during the cold winter weather. You can sink the pots into the ground near the foundation of your house or garage to provide some protection, or you can wrap insulation around the pots and group them together in a spot protected from winter winds. Aside from these two methods of protection, there's not much you can do to protect your containerized plants during the cold weather.
