The Q&A Archives: plastic pavers on old driveway

Question: would it be feasible to put some of the 'ensco', plastic pavers on sand, on an old cement driveway? they would not be driven on, just for a walking entry. thank you

Answer: As long as you use a sand base so you can sink the pavers in partway, there's no reason you cannot place them on a concrete driveway. I've installed them on a concrete patio after placing 3" of sand for a base and they are just fine.
