| Lots of plants will grow in the shade! Hosta, Bleeding Heart, Japanese Anemone, Ferns, Astilbe, Virginia Bluebells, Foamflower, Fountain Grass, Baptisia and Meadow Rue are some examples. You might also consider Golden Guinea Japanese Rose, Kerria japonica 'Golden Guinea', Campanula glomerata 'Joan Elliott', Lady's Mantle, Maidenhair fern, Alpine Currant, Frosty Curls Sedge, Rhododendrons and Azlaeas, Vinca minor, Lungwort, Pachysandra and impatiens of all kinds.
