The Q&A Archives: rabbits

Question: I live in a rural area on a large 1.5 acre lot. What can I do to keep the rabbits from eating my flowers. It is not possible to fence the area.

Answer: Caging the plants is the only sure way to save them. You can try one of the bitter tasting repellants such as Ropel and you can try placing crinkled up chicken wire on the ground near your plants. Bunnies tend not to like walking on it. Good luck with your garden.
