Black spots on leaves can indicate a fungal or bacterial disease. These diseases are more prevalent in gardens that are over crowded, too shady, or on plants that are stressed due to water issues or even lack of nutrition. You can start by pruning your plants to open them up to better sunlight penetration and air circulation. There are some general purpose garden fungicides you can try. They won't cure the affected leaves but they will help protect the unaffected leaves of your plants. Best wishes with your garden.
