I wish there were a solution, but I can only suggest you protect valuable plants with cages or screen enclosures. There are currently no repellents registered for preventing feeding damage from iguanas. And, while the State allows you to trap iguanas, it is illegal to release them anywhere in Florida. You might want to check with your local cooperative extension office (listed under Florida State University) to see if they can offer other suggestions.
