How do I get rid of it , not on citrus trees,on maryngota?,/trees/bushes

I don't know what a maryngota plant might be so I'm not sure I can help you. However, curling leaves usually indicates insect feeding - usually aphids. Check the undersides of the leaves and you may find these pests. If so, you can control them with applications of insecticidal soap.
