| Since you want your bonsai to grow slowly, feeding won't be necessary unless the foliage begins to turn pale. At that time you can use a half strength or quarter strength dilution of a water soluable fertilizer such as Miracle Gro or Peter's in place of a regular watering. Good luck with your bonsai. |
