Coral Bells grow best in morning sun or filtered afternoon sun (hot sunshine can burn the leaves), in average to rich soil. They need to be watered regularly for best growth. If yours are not flowering I suspect they are taking their time becoming established and as soon as the roots are comfortable in their new homes, they will flower for you. Patience is all it will take.
