The Q&A Archives: oriental lilly

Question: After oriental lillies have bloomed out, and stalks have dried out, should they be cut down to a couple of inches from the ground? Thanks bv

Answer: You can cut the stalks down once they have dried out and turned brown. Cut them at or just above soil level. Best wishes with your garden.
