Hello,
I planted a pink oleander tree two weeks ago and want to know how long it will stay in bloom. Will it stay in bloom throughout the fall? What is the best plant food to feed it to enhance it's bloom period?
Regards, Myra Epstein

Oleanders bloom on and off from spring through summer, depending upon the weather - they love summer heat. You can expect yours to flower about every 4 weeks. These plants flower on new growth so if you prune them back when the flowers fade they will produce new flowering shoots. Use a 5-10-10 fertilizer each spring to encourage healthy growth and lots of flowers. Good luck with your oleander!
