I have never planted flowers or had a garden. I want to do both before winter gets here. What are some flowers that a black thumb like me can plant and take care of? I hope that makes sense. Which flowers are ideal for the northwest? Thanks!

Right now you can plant chrysanthemum, primroses, pansies, sweetpeas, stocks, and ornamental kale. They all grow well in the cooler fall months and the primroses and pansies will bloom again in the early spring. Enjoy your new garden!
