Depending upon how old and how established your trees are, you may be able to get along with one deep soaking per week, even in the hot weather. Flooding the soil is best because the moisture percolates down and wets the entire root mass. Or, if you can make a watering well or watering basin beneath each by mounding up several inches of soil all around, about 12" away from the trunk, you can fill the basin with water, allow it to drain, then fill it a second time. Once a week should be fine. Good luck with your trees!
