You can remove the flowering stalk when the flowers are spent on all the the plants you mention. As the lilies mature and the clump increases in size, you will get several flower stalks over a long period of time. If your plants are new, you may only get one flower or one flush of blooms in the summer. After you cut the spent flowers and stalk down, no new flowers will appear until next year. Hope this answers your question.
