Hi,

I have a l8 tomato plants that were doing awesome this year, until the last few days. We had lots of rain last week and now all the plants have leaves that are turning yellow (or have yellow spots). What is happening and how can I fix it? Did the excessive amounts of rain cause this? Thanks for your help!

The plants do sound stressed. Yellowing leaves are an indication of overly wet soils. But, you can't control the rain so your plants will just have to deal with the excessive moisture. Yellow spots can indicate a fungal disease so if there aren't too many leaves with the spots you can pinch them off the plants. A fungicide should protect the unaffected leaves. Let's hopt things will dry out and the plants will recover. There's really nothing more you can do to help them along. Just hope for sunshine so the soil will dry out! Best wishes with your landscape!
