The Q&A Archives: Trees

Question: Where on a tree can you get a seed to plant it to grow another tree?

Answer: Not all trees produce seeds but if your tree flowers in the spring or summer, it might develop seeds by the fall months. Just watch it carefully for any flowers. If it does flower (which also includes pinecones if it is an evergreen) keep watching the tree for the development of seed pods. Hope yours does!
