Re: Plant Tag #THDA8623

I purchased this plant expecting to get some bananas in the future. When I looked up the plant tag # it indicated that this is a specimen tree. Does this mean it will not bear fruit?
Thanks,
Robert

Dwarf banana plants will develop fruit when they mature. The term "specimen plant" simply means it looks nice on its own as a focal point or specimen in your garden or in a container on your patio or in your home. Hope this clarifies things for you!
