My Xmas Cactus has changed color from green to light red or pink color. Is this normal or it it dying.

You didn't mention whether your plant is indoors or out. Outside, the leaves can turn a reddish color in response to cool night temperatures, or exposure to sunshine. Neither is harmful to your plant. If it is indoors, it can indicate a nutrient disorder: feeding will help restore the green color. Best wishes with your plant.
