The Q&A Archives: bananas

Question: can banana tree be grown indors

Answer: If you have greenhouse conditions you can grow a banana plant year around. They love 90-degree days but stop growing when temperatures drop below 55 and when light levels are low. Some gardeners have good luck keeping the plant growing indoors in a brightly lit area with high humidity. It may be worth a try.
