| Probably the easiest approach is to dig a shallow trench where you want to lay the bricks and fill the trench with 2-3 inches of crushed gravel to use as a base for your bricks. Set each brick on top of the crushed gravel and move it back and forth to level it. When you're finished, the brick should be imbedded into the crushed gravel by an inch or slightly more. This will help anchor the brick and keep it from moving. Repeat with the remaining bricks. You'll want to use a level to make sure the bricks are all level. Hope this helps. |
