Sticky leaves usually indicates insect feeding. Scale insects, mealy bugs, and aphids can all feed on lemon leaves. When they feed they excrete a sticky substance called honeydew. So, control the insect pests and the leaves won't be sticky. Try insecticidal soap for control. Good luck with your lemon tree.
