15x40 area all died-you prviously suggested this could have been cause by Cercospora. I have replanted the bed. Is there still a possible problem with Cercospora if this was the problem-how to treat.

Cercospora is a fungal disease. Overcrowded plants where the foliage remains wet for long periods of time and air circulation is poor encourages the disease. You can treat with a fungicide such as Daconil. I don't think you'll have a problem with your new plants - at least not right a way!
