My Pindo(jelly) Palm has dark brown/rust/black spots on lower fronds. No appearance of bugs.Is this a fungus? New growth is healthy. How do I treat this? Thank You.

There are no major diseases of Pindo palms so what you are seeing is probably just the natural deterioration of the oldest fronds. You can prune them off your plant. The important thing is that it is putting out healthy new growth.
