I bought some 'Brooklyn' yellow lilies from Home Depot last year...I kept them in their original container ....and they didn't bloom this year. I'm wondering if they became overcrowded? Should I dig up the bulbs and try re-planting them for next year?

It may be time for your daylilies to go into the ground. They bloom best in full sunshine, or at least 4 hours of morning sun. I'd plant them in the ground and they should reward with lots of flowers next year.
