MY TREE IS DIEING FROM THE TOP WHAT DO I NEED TO DO

You didn't provide any information about tree type, where it's growing and what kind of care you've been giving it so I'm afraid we can't diagnose the problem for you. Usually when a tree dies from the top down it indicates a root stress - drought, overfertilizing, or soil that remains soogy enough to suffocate the roots.
