planted crepe mytrle tree
in july 6 ft tall. should
it bloom this year so far it has not.

Crape myrtles bloom on new growth of the season. Since you planted yours in mid-summer, past the normal bloom time, I don't think you will see any flowers until next spring. In the meantime your crape myrtle is busy becoming established in your garden. By next spring it should be ready to bloom. Enjoy!
