Gentlemen:
Please advise names of shade trees, probably providing dense shade, growing 30-40 ft. tall, nonblooming, nondeciduous,
for behind concrete swimming pool, and against wooden fence. I am seeking a fairly large spread & tall tree. Obviously, I don't want leaves falling into mt pool.
Thank you for a list of these trees.
Sincerely,
Karl Kondrad

Cryptomeria and Leyland Cypress are two needled evergreens to consider, or use a tall broadleaf shrub such as a holly near your pool. While evergreens do not lose all their leaves in the fall, they do shed their oldest leaves so you'll still have some foliage litter. Ficus, ornamental pear and camphor are other suggestions. Hope you find just the right tree for your landscape.
