tree was transplanted 2 years ago and is having trouble adjusting. It hasn't bud/flowered this spring/summer, neither is it dying? What can I do to perk it up? thanks Linda

If your tree leafed out but did not flower, it is probably still struggling to adjust to its planting spot. There's not much you can do aside from making sure it is getting adequate sunshine and giving it a deep soaking once each week during the growing season. You might try feeding it with a 5-10-10 to encourage new (and hopefully flowering) growth.
