What do you recommend to plant between flagstone on a patio. Right now we have the cracks filled with sand and weeds are sprouting everywhere! What do you think we could do?

Sagina subulata, commonly called Irish Moss, or Scotch Moss, is a possibility. It takes full sun and regular water, but although it's called moss, it doesn't require the woodsy environment associated with a moss. It needs good drainage and can take some foot traffic. Or, creeping Thyme is a plant you might consider. It's low growing and will be happy between the flagstones. Hope these plants work well for you.
