I'd like to know how long it will take to germinate Vaccinium corymbosum (Highbush blueberry)in a lab and the soil, temperature, light, and watering requirements.

I hope you're not too anxious! Blueberry is difficult to propagate from seed, taking a year or more to germinate. The seeds should be sown on the surface of acid peat moss (they need light for germination) and kept at 65-75 degrees F. Keep the soil moist. Good luck!
