Bamboo Plant - Knowledgebase Question

I bought a Bamboo Plant that is in a pot and I do not want to take it out of the pot. How do I take care of it with out takeing it out of the pot.

If it's a standard, everyday, outdoor bamboo you can simply think of it as an overgrown grass. Give it lots of sunshine and water as often as it needs (when the top of the soil begins to dry out) and it should be happy in its pot. Eventually it will need to be repotted so plan on putting it into a larger container next summer. If the bamboo is an indoor plant, it's called Lucky Bamboo and it will grow in medium to bright light. It doesn't need feeding but it does need lots of water. Keep the soil moist but not soggy wet. Hope we've covered all the bases!
