Getting a weed free lawn - Knowledgebase Question

My neighbor and I share a front lawn I have a fescue
lawn they have st. augustine.their grass keeps creeping over to my side is there anyway short of building a wall to prevent this?

You'll need to install a barrier of some type - even a 4-5" wide shallow trench so you can sever the St. Augustine as it tries to creep across the property line. Or, a concrete curb between the two lawns will serve the same purpose and will look attractive. Wish there were another way but St. Augustine will creep where it can so you'll need to put some kind of barrier there and routinely inspect the area, shovel blade in hand.
