Does this euonymus green spire keep its leaves year round? The plants are in 5 gallon containers. Are they okay to plant in the fall and how much will the grow in height the first summer?

Euonymus Green Spire is an evergreen shrub, hardy in zones 6-9. It will grow in full to partial sun and has a moderate growth rate to 6 to 8 ft. tall, 1 to 2 ft. wide.

It can be planted now and you can expect about 6" of new growth per year. I'd plant it now so the roots will have time to establish before winter weather arrives.
