What organic ways do you recommend to get rid of nemetods in Florida soil? I do not want to treat the soil with chemicals as I plan to plant vegetables in this area.

Solarization is the most organic method of nematode control. This is simply covering the area with clear plastic during the summer months. It will essentially kill all the organisms in the soil. After solarization you'll want to incorporate lots of organic matter prior to planting your vegetable crop. Unfortunately you will miss a growing season but it will rid your vegetable garden area of destructive nematodes.
