| After the new grass is up and has been mowed twice you can feed your lawn. I'd use a winterizer type of fertilizer, low in N but high in P and K. Home Depot usually has the right fertilizer on sale at the right application time so buy your winterizer when it goes on sale and apply it after you've mowed your lawn twice.
