I have alot of GOOSE grass will anything KILL it besides ROUNDUP

If in fact what you have is goose grass it is an annual weedy grass. This means that the plants you have there right now will die off after the first frost. To prevent the grass from coming back next seaso you would need to apply a preemergent type of herbicide of the kind that is often used to control crabgrass. It is applied at about the same time that the forshythia start to bloom. It will kill off the germinating goosegrass seeds and prevent the grass from becoming an issue in the turf.
