I have mint (chocolate and spearmint) in containers outside. They have gone to seed. I live in Southern Maine and I would like to bring the mint inside for the winter. Can I do that and how should I do it? The flowering part is still on the plant. Thank you, Julie |
I'm not sure your mints will grow well indoors for you but you can certainly try. They need bright light - grolites are best, kept on 14 hours a day. Failing that, try to find a sunny windowsill. Prune off the flowers and cut the plant back to encourage new growth. Hope you're successful! |
