The Q&A Archives: Day Lilies

Question: Should Day Lilies be cut down for the winter?

Answer: Wait until frost nips the foliage and then cut everything down to soil level. You can mulch over the tops of the soil if you'd like. New leaves will emerge next spring. Enjoy your garden!
