| Red wigglers are usually sold in bait shops or you can get some from local Master Gardeners or Master Composters through your local cooperative extension office. They are also called manure worms. Tulip bulbs can be stored in the refrigerator but not in the freezer. You can plant the bulbs in December. I hope they flower for you! Cut your rose bushes back in December or January.
