The Q&A Archives: WORMS,

Question: Is there a place near Safety Harbor, 34695 , that sells earth worms for the graden?
I have tulip bulbs in my freezer from last Easter, when should they be planted? And when should my roses be cut back? Thanks

Answer: Red wigglers are usually sold in bait shops or you can get some from local Master Gardeners or Master Composters through your local cooperative extension office. They are also called manure worms. Tulip bulbs can be stored in the refrigerator but not in the freezer. You can plant the bulbs in December. I hope they flower for you! Cut your rose bushes back in December or January. Good luck with your garden!
