I have a very odd mushroom or fungi in my garden it red in color,long & flies like the top of it how do I get rid of it?

The red mushroom is just a giant toadstool (Amanita muscaria). Flies are naturally attracted to decomposing organic matter. I'd pull the mushrooms up and toss them in the garbage. They are growing because something organic is decomposing in the soil. Could be dead tree roots, dead tree limbs or even bark.
