I would like to plant fall/winter veggies. What would you suggest for zc 85022? Would you suggest seeds or semi-established plants? I am preparing my garden this weekend. When would be the best time to plant? Thanks, Beth

You can start seeds but vegetable transplants will develop faster and you can harvest sooner, so it's really up to you. Arizona State University has a vegetable planting calendar that you can download and print for future reference:

It will help you plan your September garden and your February garden. Hope you have a bountiful harvest!
