I planted my Stargazer Lily bulbs in the wrong location and now I would like to dig them up and move them. When would be the best time to do this?

You can lift your lilies anytime after they've finished blooming and transplant them into their new locations. Most gardeners plant in the spring or in the fall, when rains will help settle them, but if you supply adequate water from the hose, moving them now shouldn't cause them any harm.
