Can tomatillos be frozen, or is there another way to store them for future use?

Tomatillos are best used fresh in salsa, or canned. Freezing will turn them mushy - but that may be acceptable if you're going to use them in cooked salsa. Try the recipes available from: The Pepper Gal, P. O. Box 23006, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33307-3006.
