I recently planted seeds for the cypress vine, and it came up beautifully. My question is this: Is it a perennial or an annual? I'm hoping it's a perennial.

Your Cardinal Climber is Ipomoea Qyamoclit pennata, a summer annual. It's a fast-growing vine (to 20 feet), that flowers profusely. Why not save some seeds to start in your garden next spring?
