Question: Is there something special I should be doing in drying paprika peppers?

Answer: Paprika peppers can be sliced in half after harvesting and dried in the sun, or in a dehydrator, then ground. The walls of the pepper are faily thick, so slicing in half will speed the drying process. After grinding, store in an airtight container in a cool, dark location.
