I have grown Habanero peppers for the last few years and want to dry them for decorative/eating purposes.
I tried last year but they all rotted out. Any suggestions?

You can dry peppers by placing them on a rack so air can circulate all around them, or by stringing them together and hanging them to dry in an attic, or some other protected, but airy place. If yours rotten, they didn't get enough air circulation. Try turning them over every few days until they're crispy dry. Then store them in an airtight container to preserve their flavor.
