What kind of beans are Horto bush beans?

Horto bush beans are Horticultural Beans. When harvested young, they taste like and are used just like any other green bean (although they're not always the traditional green), or they can be left to mature, at which point they can be shelled and dried. Horto is just a nickname for the old-fashioned horticultural or shelling bean.
