I planted several types of seeds from your catalog last spring, including blackeye peas. They are growing great, & now this novice gardener is trying to find out what I do to dry them. Can you tell me?

Allow them to mature and dry naturally in the garden; pick them when the pods are very dry and brown but before they begin to shatter on their own. Enjoy!
